It's all in the eyes

Read this tutorial on how to draw anime eyes. I'm still very bad at it but practicing more.

I picked up a few books on drawing Anime from Amazon and they're good, but I prefer to read tutorials on the Web and especially like to learn from watching other people draw on YouTube and Vimeo.

These are two books from Amazon that I liked

• Master Guide to Drawing Anime
• Pop Manga Drawing

Mikeymegamega has a lot of tutorials for manga and anime on YouTube:

Watching anime on a rainy day

It's raining and it shouldn't be on the last day of May. Where is the Spring sunshine? When it rains, I like to stay inside and watch anime. Usually Naruto, but lately my tastes are shifting to other series.

When it rains, I watch while doing pushups. I'm going for a new personal record.

Here is what I'm watching right now. Not literally right now but in general.

• One Piece
• No Game No Life
• Akama ga Kill!
• One-Punch Man
• Inuyasha
• Soul Eater

I used to watch on Kissanime but the ads are overwhelming and I gave up when they started blocking the Ad Blockers. I tried Adblock Plus and then uBlock and finally Ghostery.

More Anime

Earlier this Summer I wrote about watching Naruto on Gogoanime. Here are some other cool anime and manga pictures.

Watching Naruto on Gogoanime

Been watching some Naruto Shippuden on GoGoAnime but I'm not sure if GGA is legal or what the deal is because the servers don't always work. I found some good GoGoAnime alternatives and will try them out too.

I love Naruto. So much anime is crap these days but this series is always very entertaining and fun to watch.
